If you believe you paid someone using this brand, check the payee against the verified legal name in the identity block once it is published. An unpublished name is not a payment instruction.

If a consumer distance contract is concluded later, the right to withdraw within 14 days is described in the Distance Sales Agreement. Where that right applies, sums the consumer paid to Sovarenne Holding under that contract are refunded within the period the applicable law requires, using the same payment method where that is possible.

The right can end or be reduced when the law says so, including when a service has been fully performed with the consumer prior express consent. A proportionate amount may be kept for a service that the consumer asked to start during the withdrawal period.

A business engagement is cancelled on the terms written in that engagement. Work that has already been performed, and third-party costs that have already been incurred on instruction, are payable as the engagement states.

Starting work is not a promise that an authority will approve an application. Cancelling an engagement does not cancel an application that has already been filed with an authority, and it does not oblige that authority to refund its own fee.

Government charges, notary fees, translation, bank fees and the invoices of independent lawyers or accountants are set by those parties. Sovarenne Holding does not refund a sum it did not receive.

The Site publishes no schedule of those charges. A figure mentioned outside this Site is not a quote.

A cancellation or refund request for a real contract is sent to the verified e-mail in the identity block, with the contract reference and the amount in question. Until that e-mail is verified, this page does not publish a replacement address and the Site has no payment to return.

A request is answered within the time the applicable law requires, and in any case the engagement will state a response time when one is signed. This policy does not invent a refund of a product the Site does not sell.
