KVKK Disclosure

Under the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698 (KVKK), the data controller is the operator of https://sovarenne.com/, presented under the brand Sovarenne Holding. The legal name, MERSIS number, address and contact are shown in the identity block of this page only when their status is verified.

This notice is the aydınlatma metni for the public Site. It is version 1.0.0 and was last updated on October 17, 2026. A VERBIS registration number will be published in the same identity block if and when that registration exists. None is invented here.

For a person who only reads the public pages, the categories are narrow.

• Transaction security data: IP address, time, requested address, status code and user-agent, as produced by the server log.
• A language preference stored in the sov_locale cookie.
• The contact form collects a name, an e-mail address, a chosen subject and a message. No finance, biometric, health or association data is requested.
• No marketing segmentation is built from visits.
• Control-centre account data is a separate category and is processed only for people who are given an administrator account.

KVKK requires a purpose and a legal basis. For the public Site they are the following.

• Operating a multilingual site and remembering the chosen language. The basis is the legitimate interest of the controller in running the Site, under KVKK article 5/2(f), provided it does not override your rights.
• Information security and fault diagnosis. The basis is article 5/2(f) and, where an incident creates a legal duty, article 5/2(ç).
• No commercial message is sent, so the commercial-communication consent rules are not triggered by this Site.
• The contact form is used to receive an enquiry. The purpose is shown on the form. Consent is requested before the message is stored. No commercial electronic message is sent.

Personal data from the public Site is not sold and is not transferred to a marketing partner. It may be processed by the hosting operator that keeps the server, including where that operator is outside Türkiye.

A transfer that KVKK treats as a cross-border transfer will rely on the legal mechanism that applies at the time, which may include an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards or a statutory exception. The destination country of the host will be named when the operator details are verified. A transfer to a lawyer, an auditor or a public authority happens only when the engagement or the law requires it.

Public-site data is collected when your browser requests a page, when the language cookie is stored, or when you submit the contact form. There is no tracking pixel and no social plug-in on the public pages.

If KVKK applies to the processing, you may apply to the controller to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed.
• Request information if it has been processed.
• Learn the purpose and whether the use matches that purpose.
• Know the third parties to whom data is transferred in the country or abroad.
• Ask for correction, deletion or destruction under the conditions in the law, and ask that the same be notified to third parties.
• Object to a result against you that is produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.

Applications will be accepted at the verified e-mail or the verified postal address in the identity block, with enough information to confirm that the request is yours. Until those details are verified, this notice does not publish a stand-in address. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority where the law allows.
