Coordination
International market entry
Market entry is an existing business that wants to sell, employ people or form a company somewhere else. We name the country and the first legal step: a contract, a branch, a company or a distributor. We carry that with the local lawyer.
The markets with their own pages are Latvia, Estonia, the United Kingdom, Türkiye and Hong Kong. Another country is added when the transaction is specific. The language menu shows how the site is read. It is not the list of markets we enter.
A second country for a business that already operates. The starting point is the markets this site names.

01
The country and the first legal step
We start from the activity that already works in its own country and ask what has to change abroad: the contract, the people to be employed, the goods if the matter is trade, and the legal person that has to sign. The local lawyer makes the filing. We keep the sequence, including the point at which a bank or a tax adviser has to see the file.
The first legal step is one of four things. A contract, when the home company can sell or buy without a local presence. A branch, when the same company must register a presence. A new company, when the activity needs its own legal person. A distributor, when someone already in that country will sell. The scope names one of these. It does not leave the choice as a slogan.
02
Where the work is offered
The language menu shows how the site is read. It is not the list of markets we enter. The work is offered in the five markets that have their own page. Anywhere else, it is offered only inside a written engagement that names the transaction and the local lawyer.
We do not describe a business as global because a translation exists. A second country is a second set of rules: company law, tax, employment and, where goods move, customs. Those rules are read with the lawyer of that place.
03
Read the market page first
Read the market page for the country you have in mind, and note what you already do in the first country. Then leave a note on the contact page: the two countries, the activity, and whether the first step is a contract, employment, a branch or a company.
We open the written work from that note. If the second country has no page yet, the same note is enough to test whether a local lawyer can be instructed. We do not open a thin country page in order to look wider.
Our Businesses
Eight briefings. Read the one that matches the matter you can already name, then write to the team.
Coordination
Investment and residence
A commercial file and a residence file, read together. The authority grants the permission.
Coordination
Company formation
Country, activity and the people on the register, then a filing with the local lawyer.
Coordination
Private equity and acquisitions
One company, the parties in the room, and a written scope. A public note appears only when they agree.
Coordination
Real estate and construction
A specific place, an owner or a buyer, and a local lawyer. The project is a written note, not a photograph.
Coordination
Venture development
A named product and a country. We stay with the founders through the next contract.
Coordination
Corporate management
Decisions, filings, and a review with the advisers who file, when the law or the facts change.
Coordination
Banking and tax coordination
A file that can be read, and a named introduction. The bank and the tax adviser complete their own decisions.
Markets
We work in five places. We also take another country when a real matter justifies reading it with a local lawyer. Naming a place means the work is offered there. It is not an office map. A flag in the language menu is only a way to read the site. The five markets are Latvia, Estonia, the United Kingdom, Türkiye and Hong Kong.
Baltic
Latvia
Euro-area law, a Baltic port economy, and work we coordinate with a Latvian lawyer.
Baltic
Estonia
A digital register, euro-area law, and an Estonian lawyer on the filing.
Europe
United Kingdom
A services economy outside the euro and the single market, read under its own law.
The region
Türkiye
Turkish company and real-estate law, with the filing carried by a Turkish lawyer.
Asia
Hong Kong
A separate common-law port, read with a Hong Kong lawyer, not under mainland Chinese law.
Elsewhere
Other markets
Another country enters when the transaction is specific and a local lawyer is instructed.

Questions
Clear answers
Direct answers to the questions visitors ask first. They describe the work. They are general information about this website. They are not advice on your facts, and they are not a promise of a permit, a return or an account.
- What is Sovarenne Holding?
- Sovarenne Holding is the brand of a privately held international group. We start and carry long-horizon investments, business development and the practical work around them: investment and residence coordination, company formation, acquisitions, real estate and construction, ventures, market entry, corporate management, and banking and tax coordination. The contact page shows the temporary record of Sovarenne SIA: telephone +44 746 350 79 77 and 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. The registry number is being completed. The public pages carry the brand, the telephone and this address, and do not invent the particulars that are still open.
- Do you guarantee a residence permit, visa or investment return?
- No. We coordinate the commercial file, the sequence and the advisers the matter needs. The authority grants the permission, the bank opens the account, and the investment carries its own result. We call the stay work investment and residence coordination so that split of responsibility is clear from the start. A page on this site is not a visa product and not a promised timetable.
- What are the fees and the minimum investment?
- Fees, public charges and any investment threshold are fixed in the written engagement for that matter, against the rule in force. This site has no tariff, because the amount depends on the country, the filing and the lawyer instructed. We confirm the figure with you before anyone relies on it. State fees paid to an authority are not fees of Sovarenne Holding unless a written scope says otherwise, and this website does not collect them.
- Can I apply for something on this website?
- You can open the conversation from this site. The contact page takes a name, an e-mail, a subject and a message, and keeps them for the team once you consent. We read the note and answer in writing.A payment, a meeting that binds someone, or a licensed filing begins only in the written engagement that follows. The form does not file with an authority and does not confirm an appointment.
- Are you a bank, a fund or an investment adviser?
- We are not a bank, a fund manager or an investment adviser. We coordinate the file and the sequence, and we introduce the licensed firm that holds the account, the opinion or the advice. That firm completes its own part inside the written engagement and remains responsible for it. Where a law reserves an act to a licensed person, that person does the act.
- Which languages are published?
- The site is prepared in 32 languages. Each language has its own catalogue, so a reader can follow the same work in the language they choose. A language is offered to search engines when its publication has been approved. English is used only when a catalogue is missing.A flag in the menu is a reading aid. It is not a claim of an office in that country, and it is not a professional licence there.
At a glance
The work, at a glance
- What we do
- In the markets named on this site we carry long-horizon investments and the practical work around them. That work is investment and residence coordination, company formation, private acquisitions, real estate and construction, venture development, international market entry, corporate management, and banking and tax coordination. Each has its own page. The scope, the licensed roles and the next step are written there. The language menu is a way to read those pages. It is not a list of offices and not a professional licence.
- Who we speak with
- We speak with entrepreneurs, families and companies who are building a long-term activity and can already name the matter: the country, the asset or the contract, and any promise already made.A general question is welcome. The written engagement starts when those facts are specific enough to instruct a lawyer. A slogan, a sector name or a wish to “enter Europe” is not yet a matter.
- How an engagement works
- First there is a private conversation. Then we read the facts and write a scope: who does what, who pays whom, and which lawyer, accountant or licensed firm owns the filing, the opinion or the account. The contact form keeps the opening note. The written engagement is what moves the work. A payment, a binding meeting and a licensed filing begin there, not on the public form.
- Where we look
- The five markets are Latvia, Estonia, the United Kingdom, Türkiye and Hong Kong. The contact page shows the temporary Sovarenne SIA record: +44 746 350 79 77 and the London correspondence address at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, WC2H 9JQ. The registry number is being completed.Another country is added when the transaction is specific and a local lawyer is instructed. A translation does not add a market.
