People ask whether a real investment in a country can sit beside a lawful stay. We treat that as two files that have to move together: a commercial file with a real asset or an operating business, and a legal file that an immigration lawyer reads against the rule in force.
We prepare the commercial side and keep the parties on one sequence. We do not turn the question into a product with a promised timetable or an approval rate. The authority grants the permission. The lawyer files.

What the commercial file contains
The written work names the country where the person wants to live or operate, the capital or the operating business that is real, and the immigration lawyer who reads the file. On the commercial side we assemble the parties, the source and use of funds at the level the matter requires, the company steps, and the order in which documents have to exist.
A useful file can be read without chasing the parties. It shows who is investing or operating, what the asset or the business is, which country is in view, and which documents already exist. The legal reading and the filing belong to the lawyer. We keep the two sides on the same dates, so a commercial step is not taken on an assumption the lawyer has not yet tested.

How the matter is carried
The written scope names the country, the lawyer and the steps. State fees and any investment threshold are taken from the rule in force, written into that scope, and confirmed with you before anyone relies on them. We do not publish a tariff on this site, because the figure depends on the country, the route and the lawyer instructed.
We do not guarantee a visa, a residence card or a return. Membership of the European Union, where it applies, is not itself a right to reside or to open an account. We stay with the file until the decision the scope describes is given, or until the matter is closed.

What to send first
Come with the country, a short description of the capital or the operating business, and any promise already made to anyone. If you already have an immigration lawyer, name them. If you do not, the first scope says who must be instructed before a filing is attempted.
The contact page keeps your name, e-mail, subject and message. We answer in writing. Where the facts support it, we open a scope with a named adviser in that jurisdiction. Identity documents do not belong in the public form. They belong in the channel the adviser names.
