Markets
We work in five places. We also take another country when a real matter justifies reading it with a local lawyer. Naming a place means the work is offered there. It is not an office map.
A flag in the language menu is only a way to read the site. The five markets are Latvia, Estonia, the United Kingdom, Türkiye and Hong Kong.

Five markets
Latvia and Estonia are euro-area members of the European Union in the Baltic. The United Kingdom is outside that union and outside the euro. Türkiye is a large economy with its own company and real-estate law, and a customs union with the European Union for industrial goods. Hong Kong is a separate common-law jurisdiction on the coast of southern China, with its own company statute.
In each of them we coordinate the work with a lawyer of that place. The country page says what that means for a company, a property, a venture or a second-country step. It does not replace a legal opinion.

A further country
Another country is described on the other-markets page. It enters the written work when the transaction is specific and a local lawyer is instructed. We do not publish a thin country page in order to look wider.

Euro-area law, a Baltic port economy, and work we coordinate with a Latvian lawyer.
Company law, tax and immigration belong to Latvia. Riga is the administrative centre. Euro membership and the European Union single market matter for cross-border trade and for how a group structured elsewhere meets a Latvian company.

Company law, tax and immigration belong to Estonia. Tallinn is the capital. The online register is a way to file. It does not remove the need to know the activity, the people and the tax question before the company exists.
Europe
United Kingdom
A services economy outside the euro and the single market, read under its own law.
Company law, tax and immigration belong to the United Kingdom, and property procedure is not the same in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. A company formed here does not, by that fact, trade freely inside the European Union single market.

Türkiye
Turkish company and real-estate law, with the filing carried by a Turkish lawyer.
Company law, land registry, planning and immigration belong to Türkiye. The customs union covers industrial goods with the European Union. It is not membership of the Union and it is not a single market for services.
Asia
Hong Kong
A separate common-law port, read with a Hong Kong lawyer, not under mainland Chinese law.
Company law and the conduct of a Hong Kong company belong to Hong Kong. A structure that must meet mainland Chinese rules is a different matter and needs an adviser who can act there. We do not treat the two as one legal system.

- What are the fees and the minimum investment?
- Fees, public charges and any investment threshold are fixed in the written engagement for that matter, against the rule in force. This site has no tariff, because the amount depends on the country, the filing and the lawyer instructed.We confirm the figure with you before anyone relies on it. State fees paid to an authority are not fees of Sovarenne Holding unless a written scope says otherwise, and this website does not collect them.

- You can open the conversation from this site. The contact page takes a name, an e-mail, a subject and a message, and keeps them for the team once you consent. - We are not a bank, a fund manager or an investment adviser. We coordinate the file and the sequence, and we introduce the licensed firm that holds the account, the opinion or the advice.That firm completes its own part inside the written engagement and remains responsible for it. Where a law reserves an act to a licensed person, that person does the act.
- Which languages are published?
- The site is prepared in 32 languages. Each language has its own catalogue, so a reader can follow the same work in the language they choose.
