Company formation
A company is local. The register, the rules on directors, tax residence and a bank's own client acceptance are not decided by a holding's website. In the markets this site names, we form companies by comparing the country, the activity and the people who must appear on the register.
The filing is carried with the lawyer who is allowed to make it. We do not offer a shelf company in place of a real activity, and we do not tell a founder that incorporation is a residence permit.

Country, activity, people
We help a founder or a group compare where the activity should sit, who should be a director or a shareholder, and which filings come first. We coordinate local lawyers and formation agents. We keep the constitutional documents, the signature and the registry step on one sequence.
Tax and banking questions are asked before the company exists, not after a problem appears. A company that is incorporated without a view of tax residence, of who controls it, and of whether a bank can read the file, is a company that has to be rebuilt. The written work names those questions while the structure is still open.

How a company is formed
The written work names the country, the activity and the person who signs. The bank's client acceptance and the company's tax residence are finished inside the same scope, with the adviser responsible for them. We do not sell a ready-made company as a substitute for a real activity.
In Latvia and Estonia the company, the tax and the immigration rules are national law inside the euro area. In the United Kingdom the company sits outside the euro and, since 2020, outside the European Union single market; England, Scotland and Northern Ireland are read separately where property or procedure differs. In Türkiye the filing is made under Turkish company law. In Hong Kong the company is formed under Hong Kong law, which is not the law of mainland China.

- What are the fees and the minimum investment?

Where a law reserves an act to a licensed person, that person does the act.
- Which languages are published?
