A matter reaches us when someone has a concrete question in a market this site already names, or a transaction that justifies reading one new country with local counsel. We take the time the facts need, then we move.
The method is a discussion, a written scope, and the licensed people the law requires. Enthusiasm does not replace a fact, and a licence is not borrowed.

Facts, then the work
The first conversation establishes who the parties are, which country the activity sits in, what has already been promised, and what decision is actually being asked for. With those facts we can say which of the eight businesses the matter belongs to, what the first legal step is, and which adviser must be in the room.
A structure drawn before that reading is a guess, and we do not build on a guess. The first note you send should already carry the country, the asset or the contract, and any promise already made. That is enough to open the reading. It is not yet a filing.

Licensed work, carried with licensed people
We work beside the lawyer, the notary, the auditor and, where a stay is part of the question, the immigration lawyer. A filing, an opinion or a regulated introduction is made by the person allowed to make it, and that person is named in the written work.
Our part is the commercial file and the sequence. Parties, dates, documents and the next decision stay on one thread, so the licensed work is not waiting on a missing fact. Where the law reserves an act, we do not perform that act ourselves.

The decision is written down
A decision to proceed is written down. The scope states the work, who pays whom, and the result that remains with the authority, the bank or the investment itself. Fees and any threshold are taken from the rule in force and confirmed before anyone relies on them.
The document that carries the matter is the written engagement. This website is not that document. A page can explain the work. It cannot accept a client, fix a fee or file a form.
